We focus on providing alternative financing in the form of commercial rentals in the agri industry. These are our share classes:

Investing in livestock rental companies, that provide livestock farmers with alternative financing in the form of commercial rental agreements to fund the expansion of their herd.
agriquip.

Investing in equipment rental companies, that provides farmers with alternative financing in the form of commercial rental agreements to fund their depreciating non-income generating movable assets.

Our investment criteria are aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Each Share Class’ Investment Mandate is linked to relevant SDGs. Any future Share Classes issued will also be linked to selected SDGs.

Sarel Visser
Chief Executive Director at Grovation Group
Sarel is a seasoned entrepreneur and business adviser with close to 20 years of experience. He believes that business is the only tool to solve the world’s problems sustainably. As such, he has dedicated his life to helping organisations develop profitable models to solve these problems. He also invests in organisations who share this philosophy. Sarel gained much of his experience while working for PwC South Africa and USA, after which he co-founded the Grovation Group. Sarel loves Africa and is passionate about developing entrepreneurs and leaders, and repopulating Africa with rhinos.
Johannes (Joe) Coetzer
Non-executive Director
Joe is currently the head of Strategic Resources (Forests) at Mondi South Africa. With more than 30 years’ experience, Joe is an experienced executive leader with a proven track record in areas such as finance, corporate governance and executive management. He is a qualified chartered accountant (SA) and has served as executive and non-executive director on the boards of companies in the SAFCOL Group. He is at present serving as a trustee on the Anglo Medical Scheme as well as the local Mondi retirement fund. Joe is passionate about making an impact in South Africa and Africa and he enjoys sharing his wisdom and experience.
